While on a three-week west coast trip from our home near Seattle, the door window of our Basecamp 20X fell out somewhere on the highway. (The fact that continues to happen to Basecamps is a whole other sad story.) We made many calls to various dealers and service locations, none of whom had a replacement window and none of whom suggested any other fix. Nearing our wits' end, we were extremely fortunate to be referred to Airstream of Orange County in California. We talked with service advisor Oscar who said they did not have a window in stock, but they could install an aluminum panel and cover the window area safely and semi-permanently. Even though it required him to rearrange their very busy service schedule, Oscar promptly fit us in so we would be able to get back on the road and make it to an event we were committed to near San Diego. We left the trailer with Oscar that evening and he said he would try to have it for us by 1 pm the next day. Instead, we were very happy to hear from him at 10 am when he called and said our Basecamp was ready early. When we arrived, we were pleased and impressed to find that service technician OIe had done a wonderfully skillful job of installing a cover for the window complete with attractive riveting which makes the repair look like it was a planned part of the trailer. Both Oscar and Ole were fully professional and very pleasant to work with. Our hearty thanks to them. We highly recommend Airstream of Orange County.

I had some trailer lighting issues and stopped by the service center for a quick check. Four associates (Joe - Service Mngr, Ole, Eric and a new service technician) assisted me and identified yet another issue with our new 2021 Airstream BaseCamp 20X that could be a long term water infiltration/mold issue. Thanks for the thorough look and drive (Eric) around the lot to ensure my braking system was working properly!!! I very much appreciate the assistance, Jamie

Had to bring in my 2018 Airstream Interstate to get a new upgraded battery system and some new upgraded cabinet latches installed. Fortunately I was lucky enough to work with their service manager Dillon Johnson who provided me with outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was super kind, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, efficient in covering all the bases and ensuring everything was taken care of with my Airstream. Orange County Airstream is obviously totally blessed to have him as part of their service team.

Gentlemen, I reside in Oregon and recently found myself in need of a front, center soalrguard for our 2017 Airstream. To make a song story short, Lori Meyers was an absolute joy to deal with! She was incredibly friendly on the phone. She went to look at the part to see if it had everything attached that I needed. She got it weighed, boxed and shipped the same day, and she followed up twice since the purchase on Tuesday. The part arrived via UPS on Friday and she even went so far as to notify me via email that the part arrived. Her message included a question asking if everything was ok with the part. While I may never walk into your showroom, you can be assured that I will see parts from your company, and I will refer anyone I can to your business. Both are the result of Loris interaction with me. I would add that my experience with Lori is rather unusual in that I made several calls prior to calling Airstream of Orange County, one call was to Northwest Airstream and the other was to Airstream in Ohio. My nearby Portland dealer had no idea which part I was referring to since they could not readily find it in their parts system. Turns out the have never ordered one. As for the parts department in Ohio, I dealt with an absolute B!@#$ who seemed put out that I was interrupting her day at work by calling for a part. She was of zero help. I came to call your company by Googling the largest AS dealers on the west coast. I did not expect to find the part in stock, let alone talk to someone so nice and helpful.Please feel free to call me with any questions and pass my commendation on to other managers/owners.Sincerely, Jeff Donaca

Service fit me in and helped to get my furnace on my 2022 Caravel fixed because I was on the road and they expedited my case and got me back on the road and all under warranty. Thank you!
